FOUNDER
SOULEE T. FASSBIND
Soulee has over ten years of accounting and tax experience. She is exceptionally passionate about taxes and enjoys helping her clients understand how their taxes are affected regardless of income. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Her advice is strictly in the best interest of her clients, not hers!
She quit her full-time tax accountant job to have a better work-life balance and start a family. She started S&S LLC with her sister, Sou, to continue doing what she loves.
When she isn't working at S&S LLC, she usually spends time outdoors, traveling or attending/volunteering at church events with her husband and kids. She spends time with her family in Texas and California as well.
Soulee received her BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
CO-FOUNDER
SOU GONZALEZ, CPA
Sou is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over ten years of experience in public and private accounting. She is the accounting guru and the co-founder of S&S LLC with her sister, Soulee. This dynamic duo will provide the best service to fulfill their client's needs as a team.
Her experience includes being a Controller in privately held companies. While in this role, she is responsible for all accounting functions, including financial reporting and ensuring compliance with internal controls and payroll. Before transitioning to private accounting, she was an auditor with one of the top five accounting firms.
When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and exploring the outdoors.
Sou received her BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
LYDIA RICHARDS
Lydia has been with S&S LLC part-time since 2020. As an executive assistant, she helps maintain and reconcile the clients' books. Her long-term goal is to become a professional in the accounting and tax industry to provide exceptional client services.
When she isn't working at S&S LLC, she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends and, most importantly, being a fantastic mother to her furry kids. She loves looking for good food around the PNW area.
Lydia received her BA in Criminal Justice from the City University of Seattle.
