FOUNDER
SOULEE T. FASSBIND
Soulee has over fifteen years of accounting and tax experience. She is exceptionally passionate about taxes and enjoys helping her clients understand how their taxes are affected, regardless of income. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Her advice is strictly in the best interest of her clients, not hers!
She quit her full-time job as a tax accountant to achieve a better work-life balance and start a family. She started S&S LLC with her sister, Sou, to continue doing what she loves.
When she isn't working at S&S LLC, she usually spends time outdoors, traveling, or attending/volunteering at church events with her husband and kids. She spends time with her family in Texas and California as well.
Soulee received her BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
CHEIF FINANCIAL OFFICER
SOU GONZALEZ, CPA
Sou is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with almost two decades of experience in public and private accounting. She is the accounting guru and the co-founder of S&S LLC with her sister, Soulee. This dynamic duo will provide the best service to fulfill their client's needs as a team.
Her experience includes serving as a CFO at privately held companies. While in this role, she is responsible for all accounting functions, including financial reporting and ensuring compliance with internal controls and payroll. Before transitioning to private accounting, she was an auditor with one of the top five accounting firms.
When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, her farm animals, and exploring the outdoors.
Sou received her BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
ROSA NITCHOFF
Rosa brings fresh enthusiasm to the accounting and tax realm, leveraging her strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to excel in her new role. Eager to deepen her understanding of accounting and taxation, she is enthusiastic about immersing herself in its intricacies.
Previously, Rosa spent nearly nine years at a major medical device company, where she served as a Quality Specialist and Product Specialist, among other roles. Her diverse background enables S&S LLC to leverage her expertise across Accounting, Human Resources, and Administrative functions.
Rosa finds joy in unwinding at home with her husband and daughter outside of work. She values quality time with loved ones and attends social gatherings and community events. An avid traveler, Rosa cherishes visits to her family in California whenever possible.
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
NATHANIEL KACATIN
Nate brings a strong commitment to detail and a client-focused mindset to every aspect of his work. He has always been centered around accuracy, organization, and clear communication. Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, he plays a vital role in ensuring that clients receive reliable and seamless services.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and making the most of the sunny Seattle days, whether that’s playing tennis or exploring and hiking.
Nate received his BA in Business & Sustainability with minors in Accounting and Economics from Western Washington University.

FRONT DESK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
AUJANAE SEALS
Aujanae is a reliable and detail-oriented who helps keep the office daily operations organized and efficient. In her part-time role, she manages communications, coordinates meetings, maintains office organization, supports on-boarding, and assists with important document and tax filing management. Her proactive approach and strong organizational skills make her a valuable part of the team.
Currently pursuing a degree in psychology at University of Washington. She brings strong time management, communication, and administrative skills developed through both her education and professional experience. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and coworkers alike.
Outside of work, she enjoys singing, spending time with friends, cooking, self-care, and relaxing with her favorite YouTube videos.
